I'm looking to do my first Android app and I wanted to know if there were any IDE's that you all would suggest?

I have the latest NetBeans IDE, but I was reading somewhere that most of the Android development is best suited for Eclipse IDE work.

Is the Android SDK and Eclipse plugin all you use or is there something better?

btw, for the new developers, I have found a great YouTube video on development. I have been developing for several years now but am just recently getting into the Android market.
