my incredible has been working great, getting pic messages fine, but for some reason now everytime i get a pic message it says download unsuccesful. i was wondering if anyone else is having this problem ? ive tried everything but nothing works. Angry

I AM!!!
It also wont send any, maybe my mom disabled my MMS i'm gunna check now haha

but i have yet to find a soultion, i just have them send it to my gMail

In another thread a member was having problems downloading, cleared cache and rebooted the phone, and it stopped the download problem.
Now, you can't clear cache, as far as I know, in the MMS downloading, but try just re-booting the phone. It might clear it up.

so, i had to take my incredible back to verizon they did a master reset and so far its been working ok. they said if it happens again they will have to give me a new phone. they also said they have not seen this happen before , kinda hard to believe

If you ever have a problem like that again, you can reset the phone yourself and avoid a trip to the store.

That happened to me to. Is your 3G on? When mine isn't I can't send or receive picture messages until I turn it on.
