Imagine this scenario.....
I walk on the lot of a car dealership to start looking for a new car. I tell the salesman what extras I want and which ones I don't want. I tell him I don't want the Navigation, the Satelite Radio, Tinted Windows, or the factory installed Undercarriage protection. I buy the car I want and bring it home. Then a month later, someone from the dealership sneaks onto my property, breaks into my garage and installs all the options I didn't want on my car. Then when I complain, they tell me they worked out a deal with all those companies to install those items on their cars, including cars they sold months ago.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID TO MY INCREDIBLE. THIS S**T SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!
I feel like a sucker. After I spent alot of money on the phone I thought I wanted they complettely screw it up. Aps and services that automaticly launch themselves (Skype, News, Stocks, Weather, Amazon, and City ID) kill my battery life. At least when you buy a new computer you can delete all the stupid trial offers and the software you never wanted. Forcing stupid Aps on you and then makeing them impossible to remove only after the customer signed a new two year contract should be against the law. That should fall under changing the terms of a contract after its been signed. I DIDN'T AGREE TO HAVE SKYPE ON MY PHONE! I should be able to return the phone and back out of my contract with no penalty for this reason!
