HTC Incredible S succeeds popular HTC Incredible Android smartphone with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Packing powerful 1GHz processor, 4-inch WVGA Super LCD display and stereo surround sound, VGA  front-facing camera and 8-megapixel camera with dual flash capable of recording 720p HD video, plus DLNA enabled for sharing photos and videos with connected devices. The HTC Incredible S will be broadly available to customers across major European and Asian markets during Q2 2011.

I have been having troubles with my unlocked HTC incredible s.. For some reason, I cant send or recieve picture messages but if i put my sim card in another phone it works perfectly fine..  Also if somebody sends me a really long text I have to click "download" but it never downloads it always fails.  The other thing is if somebody sends me a text at (example) 3:06 pm it says I received it at like.. 11:02 am so thats messed up too.. I have called Rogers, I have called Bell(original carriers of the phone) and I have also called HTC and nobody will do anything!!  I dont know what to do anymore I have even factory reset it and nothing is working.. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!

Where are you even putting your sim card in at?  The incredible 2 is a Verizon phone and Verizon phones do not take sim cards.

It's an HTC incredible s and bell carries them. Bell has sim cards.  The phone is unlocked with a Rogers sim in it.. everything works I can get calls and make calls I can receive texts and send them.. its just the time on my incoming texts is wrong.. its 4 hours off.. example: I receive a text at 8pm the time stamp reads 4am its really confusing I've called everywhere even went through settings and did factory reset I don't know what else to do

I did not know that. I thought they were just for Verizon. I wish I could help but I'm at loss. Maybe give Bell a call?
